Return & Refund Policy

At KeewShop, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and services. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations, in compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in Spain or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items and verify their condition.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside the 14-day withdrawal period are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for non-approved returns or items returned without valid justification.

Procedure for Returns:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the items to the address provided in our return instructions, including your order number and contact information in the package.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and currency. Note that customers are responsible for currency conversion fees, if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, contact us via our Contact Page or email support@keewshop.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Refunds for damaged items will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be processed.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and currency.

Shipping and Delivery Issues
