At KeewShop, we value your satisfaction and are committed to offering the best products and services. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.


Right of Return

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method in U.S. dollars. Any currency conversion or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Return and Refund Process

We accept returns of unused products in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the items to the return address provided, including your order number and contact information.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Please note: Unauthorized returns or returns without valid reason may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After that period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be processed.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days and issued using the original payment method.
